INVOICE POLICY

Harrington Entertainment – Event Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, fees, refunds, and credits for all events booked with Harrington Entertainment.

2. Cancellation by Client - Cancellation with 1 month (30 days) notice: A 25% cancellation fee applies (25% of the invoice total). - Cancellation with 8 to 10 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies (50% of the invoice total). - Cancellation within 5 days of the event date: A 100% cancellation fee applies (full invoice total is payable).

3. Inclement Weather If the event must be cancelled due to inclement weather, any amounts paid will be credited in full toward a future event. - Credits are valid for 12 months from the original event date. - Credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within the 12-month period. ---

4. No-Show Policy If the client does not proceed with the event and fails to provide cancellation notice, the full invoice amount is payable. ---

5. Event Changes by Harrington Entertainment If Harrington Entertainment must cancel the event for any reason other than weather, the client will receive a full refund or may choose to rebook for a future date. ---

6. Agreement By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
